Dr. Krzysztof Dudzik (PL, EN)
Conductor, psychologist, psychotherapist. 
Doctor of Musical Arts, music educator and choral conductor with extensive experience, is a graduate of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. In his teaching, he draws on the relative method, rooted in the music pedagogy approach of Hungarian composer Zoltán Kodály. He serves as the Artistic Director of the International Night of Choirs Festival in Ruda Śląska and as the Program Director of the international initiative “Music – Supporting People in Depression.” In addition to his artistic work, he is also active as a psychotherapist.

Justyna Dziuma (PL, EN, RU)
Founder, president and spiritus movens of the Chórtownia Foundation, initiator of international choral projects with a social mission. She combines a background in IT systems design with a deep passion for building human connection through music. Actively involved in choral singing since 1991, she believes that singing together can inspire, heal, and unite.

Kamil Gojowy (PL, EN)
Ecutive Board Coordinator of ŚZCHIO. Master of Arts in Music: Choral Conducting and General Music Subjects (with distinction, awarded by the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice) as well as in Film and Theatre: Creative Management in New Media (with distinction, awarded by the University of Silesia in Katowice). Professionally affiliated with the Coal Mining Museum in Zabrze as a member of the team for the protection and support of mining heritage, the music agency Sonora Music, the Apertum Cor Vocal Ensemble from Katowice, and the Ruda Śląska Community Choir #uPanaFranza. Organizational Director of the International Festival “NIGHT OF CHOIRS” in Ruda Śląska, Creative Director of the international campaign “Music – Support for People with Depression,” Coordinator of the Wesoły Wędrownik Festival of Norbert Blacha’s works, and Event Manager of the European Medical Student Orchestra and Choir Event Poland 2025. General Coordinator of the Early Music Improvisation Festival “All’Improvviso.” Initiator of projects at the intersection of science, culture, heritage, and self-care.
